hmmm. I think for now what I'll do is turn off the menu mneumonics that
are (were) defined in gpcb-menu.res. These can always be put in by
users in their gpcb-menu.res but by default I'll skip them.

wierd. works for me.

partially fixed. They still don't actually do anything because I need
to finish implementing the Cursor() action. However the HID now is able
to detect the arrow key presses and get them fed into the menu hotkeys.

board layout is a bit redundant so I removed it.
pinout should work if you have the crosshairs over an element. I just
fixed a crashing bug related to that.
