I assume that means top and bottom silkscreens.
I do have a real-world application where more
silkscreens would be useful.
Some of the Government agencies I've had to deal with have
very peculiar requirements for how they want things
to for intrinsic safety markings.
The ability to turn on/off a Silkscreen per Government acronym
would be A Good Thing, rather than separate boards or
post processing the .pcb file.
