No; the database will have some pin name/number rewriting magic.  This will be 
particularly useful for the 10^23 different variations on the theme of op-amp 
out there.

I can't answer any of the other (difficult) questions yet, I wasn't planning 
to implement any of this before about ~6 months time. :)
