gEDA-dev: gEDA/gaf CVS->git transition update

Hi All,

	As mentioned a few weeks ago, gEDA/gaf development is moving
over to git after many years of using CVS.  The new git server has been
configured and tested over the past few weeks.

	I will turn off gEDA/gaf CVS anon/write access on the SEUL
machine this coming Wednesday (20070620) in the evening (say 7pm EST)
and transition over to the git repository hopefully that same night.

	I will setup CVS anon access to all exported git heads to
help with the transition for those people who like to track bleeding
edge work (using CVS).

	I will send out all the necessary acces details once things
are working.  All comments or concerns to me.
