gEDA-dev: README.cvs should give hints for the clueless.

Hi.

I just decided to do my very first cvs download of pcb. It took me a bit 
of guesswork to discover that I simply had to press the return key when 
asked for a password. The README.cvs missed this detail:
http://pcb.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/pcb/pcb/README.cvsrevision=HEAD&pathrev=HEAD
It would be nice if the readme contained explicit advice for the 
clueless (like me).
