gEDA-dev: next gEDA/gaf release plans

Hi all,

	I would like to do an unstable or stable (haven't decided
which yet or if an unstable release is even needed) release sometime
this coming weekend.  I think I will shoot for Sunday evening.	I will
get things generally ready for this release (most important is doing
the automated po file updates) soon.  Please only check-in bug fixes
and minimal changes so that things stablize soon.  Thanks,
