gEDA-dev: spicelib scripts version 0.0.2

Hi all,

I've put together a second shot of scripts to create and test spice 
model libraries:

Note: I've uploaded only the first 10 test results of each library. The 
links to the model files don't work at all.

Note: The scripts are not intented for serious use.
It's just to show the current progress (if any).
