OK I've just implemented this and uploaded the packages. It'll take a
few days (or weeks) before it's in the archive due to the new package
structure.
There's now four packages;
pcb: just an empty package which depends on the GTK or LessTif HIDs,
with the GTK one being the default.
pcb-gtk, pcb-lesstif: contains the relevant HID.
pcb-common: contains the shared files.
/usr/bin/pcb is managed through the Debian alternatives system. If the
lesstif package is installed, it will be /usr/bin/pcb because it's
assumed you specifically wanted that version.
