gEDA-dev: gEDA/gaf release plans going forward (after v1.3.1)

Hi,

Now that gEDA/gaf v1.3.1 is done, here are the short term release plans:

- For the next two weeks or so, I'd like most changes to focus on
  bug fixing.  Minor feature additions are okay, if the risk of large
  scale breakage is low.

- Around Jan 23rd (Wednesday), I would like all risky bug fixing to be done.

- Around the weekend of Jan 26th-27th I will release gEDA/gaf v1.4.0, the
  next stable release.

- After v1.4.0 is out the door, the v1.5.x development series can start.
