gEDA-dev: Next gEDA/gaf release happening tomorrow

Hi,

The next stable release of gEDA/gaf (1.4.0) is schedule to be, well,
released tomorrow.

The git repository should be up-to-date and ready for some more testing.
Please only push critical bug fixes or really low risk patches.

I will commit/push the last change which is updating the ChangeLogs if
all is final.  I will be hanging around irc tomorrow if there are any
last minute issues.
