gEDA-dev: new gerbv is quite spiffy.

Hi gerbv developers,

I finally got a chance to play with the new gerbv-2.0.0.  Wow. :)

I am in the process of packaging it up in to my binary distribution
and it happily built and ran against the bleeding edge gtk+ and cairo
libraries that I am now using.  I even found high quality mode mostly
usable (on smaller boards) on my 1.8GHz laptop.
