gEDA-dev: Quadric_Error with pcb+GL

After I worked a bit with Peters the GL patch for pcb the application 
began to fail on start-up. It takes the usual time needed to calculate 
the polygons, then exits with this error message:
	 Quadric Error: invalid value

I put the offending layout in the tmp dir of my webspace:
	http://lilalaser.de/tmp/Quadric_Error_invalid_value.pcb
