Don't forget that multiple schematic pages -- usually, my designs have at
least three -- can go into a single PCB design. It's pretty important for
people who want to do multi-page schematics that this works properly.

Yeah.. I understand that. The tree above was only for an example. However, I still am wondering what people's preference for a tree structure is and whether there should be a file with the highest precedence etc. Since I haven't done much circuit design with geda, and the fact that it seems like this tree could get in a mess real quick, I am looking to see what suggestions people have.
