	Yup, that's correct.

	We could tune it down so that we don't print anything for
version 2, as there are no backwards incompatible changes.  There was
a lot of grumbling when the version dates changed before I went to the 
fixed number versioning scheme.   It would probably be a good idea to
cut down on the output spew for this version updated.
