I've been getting reports of a bison that does strange things compared
to the older bisons, so I'm going to have to deal with this. The makefile
in the root has a rule for parse.h that handles the different output
file name, but that fix didn't find its way into the vvp/Makefile.in

It does in my cfparse.h. This must be a bison 1.30 thing. Send me
the cfparse.h that your bison generates. Send it directly, not to
the list.
