Another way to do this is to just use -msdf on the iverilog command
line. And if you forget to do it there when you compile your program,
you can include -msdf on the vvp command line.

I think there is not much advantage to creating a -tsdf just to add
the sdf module to the compilation. Either type -tsdf or -msdf. I
prefer the latter. So unless Stephan finds a way to convince me to
relent (which he sometimes does) I recommend not patching the
iverilog.conf, and adding the -msdf flag to your iverilog or vvp
command line.
