The patch has vvp.h, but it is not guarded by the information "patch" needs,
so vvp.h has to be extracted by hand, just as a hint to other testers.

I'd appreciate a short guide how to use iSDF, e.g example command lines
and/or perhaps an annotated test suite. For example the Quicklogic
place and route tool emits these SDF files for post-placement timing
analysis, and I hope to (in the long run) be able to use icarus/isdf for
post-layout simulation. Is this the intention of isdf?
