Stephan still hasn't learned about the -N flag to diff:-) But in
any case I'm negotiating with him to remove the need for that file.
Also, a few bits of the patch are already integrated into the CVS
version of Icarus Verilog. Unfortunately, that will make applying
his instructions temporarily a bit more difficult.
