gEDA: GTKWave 1.3.12 on Icarus.com

With Tony handing gtkwave over to the Amulet Group at the University
of Manchester, the archive situation for it is a little bit confused.
I've therefore decided to add to the confusion by archiving the 1.3.12
release, source and some packages:

    <ftp://icarus.com/pub/eda/gtkwave/>

This directory includes the source tarball, and precompiled binaries
of various form. So far I have RedHat 7 rpms for alpha and i386. I
hope to get a Windows package made up sometime this weekend.

If the current set of Icarus Verilog porting volunteers feel like
making packages for gtkwave, I'll gladly store them here the same
way that I save Icarus Verilog packages.
