Oh yeah, not noticed that.  I'll be bumping my releases upto
version 2 but I don't want to mod. Tony's 1.2 and 1.3 releases.
... Actually, just reading ahead, I notice that the GNU.TXT file
provided is version 1 (I assume, it doesn't have the usual
version 2 header) but the LICENSE.TXT file and the source
file headers say version 2.  Version 2 it is then I'd say.
