Handy binary packages are good because I've noticed that many Icarus
Verilog users prefer to just install and go. That is *especially*
true on Windows, where a compiler is often not available, or takes a
*huge* download to retrieve.
I'm keeping a copy of gtkwave close to Icarus Verilog for now because
there has been some confusion during this transition as to where to
get it, and after all I have been recommending it to folks, so I should
make sure they can find it:-)
