gEDA: verilog-20020121 compile success

Hello gEDA and Icarus Verilog friends,

I had complete success compiling verilog-20020121 under Cygwin, just
following the directions in cygwin.txt. This hasn't just up and worked for
me in the last several releases, but now it does, and it's very nice.

The only issue I could detect is that the install script either did not
seem to generate a man file, or for some reason it's inaccessible.

I'm very impressed with how far and well Icarus Verilog has come. The
speed of compiled code is very fast, the compile time is way reduced, and
language coverage is good.  Definitely, way cool.
