gEDA: GTK PCB patches

Hi all,
I just uploaded a PCB patch to sourceforge which fixes a bug where the
mil/mm units displayed can get out of sync:

Also, several weeks ago I submitted a patch to this list with various
bugfixes and then later uploaded the patch to sourceforge:

I see it hasn't been applied to CVS yet and I'm wondering why?  It's really
some needed bugfixes...
