gEDA: 2 more Gtk PCB patches

I've added a couple of patches to the sourceforge PCB patch page to address
two issues which have been discussed on this list:

1) The first patch mainly adds Stuart's notes about the gtk 2.4.0 version
runtime message spewing issue.
(Sorry about my description confusing "compile" vs. "runtime" on the Sourceforge

2) The second patch fixes a few gtk port key bindings that were different from
what the default Xaw bindings were and it fixes the refcard to be in sync.
