It would be a GtkWidget like the one Patrick Bernaud has in his tree. It
would have to seperate from gschem its self though.

I thought it would be good to make the preview and the main schematic
editing share as much of the same code as possible. One twinge of an
idea I happened upon earlier was that the schematic editor could
eventually be a subclass of the read-only viewer.

I would envisage using the preview widget in any other suite tools, such
as prview in the gattrib open dialog, in any future component library
database system, or for our "library manager", which, if it gets written
will be a simple program for looking after our local (small, and non
databased) parts library.

I look forward to many more discussions. I have ideas myself,
appreciate that yourself the others should be in a better position to
get the design "right" based up on experience with gschem in the past.
Please throw me designs and implementation ideas you want to see in the
refactor.
