If you need more examples to supplement the ones you've currently tried,
then Charles Walker's "Capacitance, Inductance and Crosstalk Analysis"
book (ISBN 0-89006-392-3) provides analytic solutions to several
geometric configurations. Also, I found Charles Butler's two papers
"Capacitance of a finite-length conducting cylindrical tube" and "A
Useful Transformation of the Free-Space Green's Functions with
Applications to Analysis of Wire Structures" to be useful too. Richard
Becker in "Electromagnetic Fields and Interactions" (ISBN 0-486-64290-9)
provides an analytical solution to the infinite parallel wires in free
space problem.
