geda.seul.org under a new page called "license" which will have a tab
on the top amongst "lists", "download", and so on.  I need to find
where the current licence text appears in teh web pages and then
combine the two texts.

That's if you approve my putting it on the geda.seul.org site, of
course!

I am also mulling over DJ's points about a "use" license vs. a
"distrbution" license.  It's a different -- and clearer -- approach
than the FSF's exemption from the GPL.  I like it, but must decide if
we need more legalism.  That is, what does "use" mean?  If I take all
of DJ's footprints and sell them to Microsoft for $10,000, that's a
"use" isn't it?  Yes, I am playing with words and meanings, but that's
what laywers do all the time.

The PCB developers must handle their own "license" web page, but are
completely welcome to use my text should they wish.
